We Gather Light To Scatter
Brods and Sis,
My apologies for the late post Christmas write up but after all the holiday festivities have died down and we have all finally settled back into the daily grind of life. Let us all look back at the wonderful time we all spent together at the USP-Greater Los Angeles Chapter and Sigma Delta Phi West Coast Chapter Christmas party that was held on Dec. 19, 2009 at the CBS Studio Center.

There are just to many to say thank you to so let me start off with...
Fellow's Fred Herrera '54, Berio Santiago '61, Mon Abad '66 and Art Dayrit '71 who took time out of their busy schedule to make it to this fantastic event with their better halves. It was an honor for me persoanlly to meet the Senior Brod's that evening.
Mutch Carino '75 for coordinating and taking care of the venue and of the course the DJ's who picked out the great music that we all... well almost all danced the night away with. Maraming salamat Brod sa iyo.
Direk Maning Rivera '57 for his usual candor and humor as he emceed the event throughout the night.
To all of the very special sponsor's... you know who you are, who contributed and donated gifts and packages to the nights raffles.
But most especially to all the Brods, Sisters, family and friends who came to the Christmas party and made it such a tremendous success.
What a wonderful evening that was to see all the Brods, Sister's, their spouse's and friends enjoy an evening filled will fun, laughter, great food and dancing... and boy do I mean dancing. Throughout the evening the dance floor was never empty, always busy with the various styles of dance. And the food... what a sumptuous array of dishes that was served, I should know I went back for seconds... ha ha ha. But the priceless moment of the evening was a gathering not of Upsilonian's and Sigma Deltan's but of dear friends who came together to enjoy each others company and to celebrate Christmas.
